Understanding Behaviors as Forms of Dementia Communication

We are excited to host a Breathonance Workshop in Norwell, featuring the ancient practice of Pranayama. This session is designed to help you connect with your breath and find inner balance through a guided experience of yogic breathing set to musical rhythms.
