We are excited to host a Breathonance Workshop in Norwell, featuring the ancient practice of Pranayama. This session is designed to help you connect with your breath and find inner balance through a guided experience of yogic breathing set to musical rhythms.

Recognizing Needs: Learn to recognize the various ways individuals living with dementia express their needs.
Reframing Behaviors: Understand how to reframe problematic behaviors as expressions of unmet needs.
Expert Guidance: Enjoy a session led by our Program Director, Somita Ray, CDP.
