Care tailored
to the individual
We take a holistic approach to delivering exceptional care and service for individuals with varying dementias. Our experienced, compassionate team considers the whole person, including their physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being, to provide personal attention through all stages of memory loss.
More than
just Alzheimer’s
Dementia describes varying symptoms affecting a person’s memory, thinking and judgment that interfere with daily life. Additional symptoms can include mood and personality changes, limited social skills, and increased anxiety or aggression that disrupts daily functioning and social abilities. While Alzheimer’s is the most common cause of a progressive dementia in older adults, dementia can be caused by several other diseases.
Each resident
is unique
Because dementia affects individuals uniquely, our specially trained team works with family members to devise a care plan tailored to a resident’s needs. We ensure your loved one has access to a wide range of social and creative pursuits to encourage good mental health and social opportunities. We offer regular activities, from exercise classes to wood workshops, as well as supervised day trips to enrich our residents’ lives. Family members are always welcome to participate.
