The Cordwainer, 555 Cordwainer Drive, Norwell, will hold a groundbreaking ceremony at 11 a.m. Jan. 6.
The Cordwainer is a project that will create a new 50,000-square-foot assisted living memory care residence that will offer 54 residential units in a home-like setting promoting mindful and physical health and wellness.
Attendees will include principals of the Cordwainer Development Team, including Anthemion Senior Lifestyles, Nauset Construction and architectural firm TAT; town of Norwell officials; and members of the local business community.
Speakers include Masters of Ceremony Tamilyn and Bodo Liesenfeld, of Anthemion Senior Lifestyles; Town Manager Peter Morin and Nauset Construction President Anthony Papantonis.
